1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Because we operate as a dropshipping store, products may be shipped from different supplier warehouses.

Estimated delivery times:

Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam 5–10 business days
Other cities & remote areas 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, or high order volumes.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

We may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping promotions
  • Discounted delivery campaigns
  • Free shipping on selected products

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Saudi Arabia.

Please note:

  • Additional COD service charges may apply.
  • Customers must ensure that contact details and delivery addresses are accurate.
  • Repeated order refusals may result in COD restrictions for future purchases.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS
  • Your tracking number
  • Courier tracking details

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment dispatch.


7. Split Shipments

As a dropshipping store, items in the same order may arrive separately depending on supplier locations and product availability.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.


8. Delays & Delivery Issues

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Incorrect customer information

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist you.


9. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Returned shipments may require repayment of shipping fees

For smoother delivery in Saudi Arabia, customers are encouraged to provide a valid Saudi National Address.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

However, if you experience any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the courier investigation process.
